All tours must be cancelled within 24 hours of booked service to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refund.
Of all the things within our control, weather is not one of them. Unfortunately, from time to time, weather conditions are not very favorable for outdoor activities. At the Parrot Patrol Taxi, we will always work hard to give our patrons the most satisfying result while keeping their safety our number one priority.
Cancellations due to weather will be allowed to rebook or will be eligible for a full or partial refund.
