Tours must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

Parrot Patrol Taxi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to severe weather, safety issues, or unforeseen events. Customers affected by such cancellations may rebook or receive a full/partial refund.

Guests are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may shorten tour time without refund.

Guests must follow driver instructions at all times to ensure safety. Failure to do so may result in the tour ending early without refund.
